She has a shallow water operating depth of 150′ ft and max drilling depth of 20,000′ ft capabilities.  The rig is hot/ operational and very well maintained by its reputable Owners.  All interested/ direct Parties would need to complete NCNDA and issue  commercial style LOI subject to inspection.
