The Horizon Offshore Services (HOS) Group contractual obligation is to provide safe and sustainable solutions to the offshore Oil & Gas industry. HOS naval architects are constantly approached to develop vessel concepts to either meet tender, conversion criteria, or lead market developments. With the HOS Concept we go beyond the regular newbuilding project management service.
While at HOS tendering towards shipyards with your vessel project will be handled by a dedicated Project Manager. A pre-selection of our nominated shipyards worldwide will ensure higher quality benchmarking in received offer proposals. By utilizing HOS „Critical Risk Assessment Matrix“ service, a KPI based evaluation will be provided in order to evaluate best costs vs. quality offer.
