This vessel built by Guangzhou Panyu Lingshan Shipyard, boasts a length overall (LOA) of 40.62m, a beam of 10.00m, and a moulded depth of 3.70m. With a maximum draft of 3.10m, it has a deadweight (DWT) of approximately 400 tons. The vessel has a gross tonnage (GRT) of 493 tons, a net tonnage (NRT) of 144 tons and is equipped with 20T BP forward. Propelled by two CAT 3412D main engines, producing a total of approximately 1700 BHP, the vessel reaches a cruising speed of 11 knots. It is equipped with a bow thruster of 2.5 tons and two fixed-pitch propellers. The vessel features a 110m² main deck area, suitable for a cargo capacity of about 100 tons.
Classed by Bureau Veritas, this SOLAS vessel also features a range of navigational electronics, including radar, echo sounder, GPS, AIS, autopilot, speed log, magnetic compass, and gyrocompass, all from JRC/ Furuno, as well as a SAURA MR-150A magnetic compass. Safety and communication systems onboard include an Inmarsat C, portable VHFs, Navtex, EPIRB, and SART. Its firefighting capabilities include an external seawater pump delivering 1200 m³/hr at 10 bar, along with fire monitors.
With accommodations for 30 personnel, the vessel provides four 20-man inflatable life rafts and forty-eight approved type lifejackets. The accommodation includes a combination of 1-, 2-, 4-, and 6-berth cabins.
Fuel capacity stands at 175m³, fresh water at 80m³, and the ballast tank holds 80m³. The vessel also carries oil dispersant, foam, lube oil, hydraulic oil, and dirty oil.
