2) The vessel shall have a voyage plan with designated area for emergency shelter in case of adverse weather.
3) The vessel shall proceed to sea on fine weather, continuously monitor the weather forecast and take precautionary measures accordingly in the event of adverse weather, such as reduce speed, deviation, seek shelter, etc.
4) All openings on weather and exposed decks are to be kept closed throughout the sea passage.

Single Voyage Permit from Hamrya Free Zone Sharjah to Abu Dhabi Port.
1/ The vessel shall proceed for one voyage from Harmya Free Zone Sharjah to Abu Dhabi port on coastal voyage.

2/ Load line, Main deck, Side shell above the water line, Towing arrangement, winches, ropes appear good in condition with no apparent sign of any physical damage.
3/ Ballast survey done on the following accessible Ballast Tanks:
DP18P/10P/9P/4P/2P/1C/3S/5S/8S/15S/17S/21S/20S/7P while found some water below the bottom first angle, Ballast DB 6P found Full of water.
4/ FUEL OIL, LUB oil Tanks were not accessible for visit.
5/ Before departure all openings further Weather conditions and exposed decks are to be kept closed, all Manhole of Ballast tanks should be tightly closed.
6/ Survey on Machineries (Two Generators) and Mechanical/Electrical Equipment – During the survey Generator No. 1 was tested and worked properly. All equipment appears to be in good order.
7/ As per the Underwater survey done on 20 September 2020 ISEAS DOCUMENT#: REP-OCE-004-170920 bottom condition of this accommodation barge found to be safe for any operation or sealing from his present location.
8/ AII Stability calculation, towing arrangement, towing certificates before and during the voyage will be under the responsibility of the Ship Owner during this single voyage.
9/ The Vessel Shall Proceed to sea on good weather condition with continuously monitoring the weather forecast.
