190’ class liftboat, yr bld 2000, is a self elevating offshore unit designed for svc, maint, and light construction ops with heavy lift capability and large deck footprint. The unit features a hull arrangement with LOA 34.44 m, BEAM 21.34 m and DFT approx 3.05 m, supporting a robust spud leg system with leg lgth 57.91 m and leg dia 1.52 m, providing jacking capability to a max wkng wdth of approx 46.63 m and min wkng wdth of approx 2.59 m, with pad to deck elev of 54.56 m. The spud can system is supported by a large 4 way sloped pad measuring 7.92 m x 4.27 m x 0.61 m, engineered for high bearing stability in offshore env.
The unit is equipped with twin crane configuration comprising a 100 t lattice boom crane and a 25 t telescopic crane, both deck mounted, supporting heavy lift ops across variable radii. Main propulsion is provided by CAT 3412 diesel engines delivering 1080 hp through Twin Disc reduction gearing, with aux power generated by CAT 3306 gensets rated 75 kW, supporting onboard electrical loads and hydraulic systems.
Deck capacity is extensive with total deck area approx 403.9 m² and clear deck area approx 262.8 m², designed for a max deck load of approx 317.5 t, enabling carriage of heavy offshore cargo, pipe, and modular equipment. Storage capacities include fuel approx 36,820 L, lube oil approx 1,136 L, hydraulic oil approx 13,277 L and potable water approx 57,520 L, supporting extended autonomous operations.
Operational performance includes svc speed approx 5 kn, with DP not fitted, relying on mooring and leg jacking stability for station keeping. The vessel is classed under USCG / SOLAS standards, with GRT 189 and NRT 637, and no DWT assigned due to its liftboat classification. Accommodation is provided for 29 POB incl VIP cabin, fully equipped galley, mess, lounge and onboard hotel services, supporting mixed crew and project personnel. The unit is engineered for max operational water depth approx 46.63 m and min wdth approx 2.59 m, making it suitable for nearshore and mid-depth offshore support campaigns.
