This floating crane barge, built in 1994 with crane const. in 2000 and fully reconstr. in 2024, is classed by RINA and designed for world-wide heavy-lift ops. The unit is equipped with twin (x2) DK II cranes rated at 350 t SWL each, providing a max lifting capacity of 700 t SWL, with hoisting ht. of approx. 36 m and operational outreach suited for offshore construction/ installation, decommissioning and project cargo scopes of work.
The barge has a LOA of 91.5 m, beam of 27.5 m, depth of 5.5 m, and a deck area of 2,503 m² with deck load cap. of 10 t / m². With 8,580 mt DWT, 4,282 GRT, 1,091 NRT, and void tank capacity of 12,641 m³. The vessel is well suited for demanding heavy-lift operations under controlled heel and trim conditions and is equipped with a four-point mooring system to support stable and precise positioning during offshore lifting activities.
This unit is available for sale after June 2026.
DP2 or DP1 class equipment/ systems can be installed upon request with extra cost. The following Options are as follows: –
– Option 1: OD750N Modular Hydraulic Outboard azimuthing thrusters with ICON DP-2 System; and
– Option 2: OD500N Modular Hydraulic Outboard azimuthing thrusters with ICON DP-1 System.
