This AHTS OSV with Subsea Light Intervention capabilities was built in 2007 by reputable Shipyard in U.S. She is classed by ABS and has a DWT of 2 337 MT, a GRT of 2 174 and an NRT of 814. Her principal dimensions include an LOA of 80.8 m, a beam of 15.8 m, a depth of 5.8 m and a loaded draft of 4.7 m. The vessel is fitted with four Caterpillar main engines (3 × 3516B and 1 × 3516C), delivering a combined output of 10 728 HP, supported by three 1 825 kW generators and one 2 100 kW generator, with an additional 425 kW auxiliary generator and a 175 kW emergency generator. The vessel is equipped with twin conventional propellers in nozzles and independent fish-tail rudders, complemented by two HRP CPP bow thrusters and one HRP stern thruster, each rated at 800 BHP with 9 mt of thrust, delivering 120 metric tons of bollard pull capability, with DP-2 redundancy provided by a Converteam Dynamic Positioning system.
She maintains a service speed of 12 knots, reaching up to 14.3 knots at maximum and 10 knots in economical mode. Tank capacities include 530 m³ fuel oil, 378 m³ potable water, 707 m³ drill water, 707 m³ ballast, 815 m³ liquid mud, 127 m³ dry bulk, 385 m³ brine and 385 m³ methanol, with corresponding discharge systems rated at up to 227 m³/hr depending on the medium. The clear main deck area is 635 m² with a deck strength of 5.0 mt/m², providing ample offshore logistics capability supported by a Brattvaag dual-drum waterfall winch with 300 mt line pull, 400 mt brake capacity and 76 mm × 2 000 m wire on each drum. Deck equipment includes shark jaws rated at 350 mt, Karmøy hydraulic towing pins, a stern roller, dual 11 mt tugger winches and full AHTS-capable handling gear.
USCG certified accommodation is provided for 38 persons on-board of vessel across a mix of single, double and four-man cabins, along with mess areas, lounges, offices, hospital and support spaces. The vessel is outfitted with a full suite of DP reference systems, including C-NAV 3050 GNSS, Cyscan, dual TSS Meridian gyros, ECDIS and S-band/X-band ARPA radars with GMDSS A3 compliance. Safety and operational systems include six 25-person liferafts and two 6.6 m SOLAS-compliant fast rescue craft with diesel waterjet propulsion. The vessel also carries subsea capability with an Oceaneering Millennium Plus 150 HP ROV, a Techcrane TC10-24-40 crane and full ROV power distribution ranging from 30A to 400A at 480V.
