Whilst Horizon Offshore Services is obliged to suffice Client’s project needs in developing offshore candidates for charter that meets unique Charterers requirements globally.

We support both parties, Owners and Charterers, from negotiation of charter rates, contract writing, through to operational issues and Charter’s successful conclusion.

Upon request we can support bids during the tender phase(s) and will guide/ advise your technical & commercial departments further scopes of work in critical times. In exchange, we do expect to be appointed exclusively on your behalf as specialist shipbroker when your company wins the offshore contract.
