1.) IDENTIFICATION OF TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES
FIRST, WE DEFINE THE REQUIREMENTS OF NAMED BUYERS’ ENQUIRY, GUIDE & ADVISE ON ANY TECHNICAL QUESTIONS, INCLUDING ASSESSING THE CURRENT OFFSHORE VESSEL MARKET WITH BUYERS. WE PROVIDE PRICE GUIDANCE AND AVAILABILITY OF VESSELS.
2.) SOURCING OF OFFERS AND INITIAL SELECTION
ONCE WE HAVE A CLEAR IDEA OF BUYERS REQUIREMENTS, WE SELECT POTENTIAL OFFSHORE VESSELS AND PROCURE OFFERS DIRECTLY FROM THE OWNERS/ SELLERS – HORIZON OFFSHORE SERVICES (HOS) PROVIDES BUYERS WITH ACCESS TO THE GLOBAL OFFSHORE OIL & GAS MARKET IN TERMS TO ESTABLISH A COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT WHICH LEADS TO FAVORABLE PRICING IDEAS.
3.) VESSEL INSPECTION AND CONTRACT NEGOTIATION
FINALL PHASE – WE WORK WITH BUYERS TO IDENTIFY THE PREFERRED VESSEL(S) AND COMPLETE A VESSEL/ ASSET PREPURCHASE INSPECTION WITH OWNERS/ SELLERS. HOS DRAWS UP A BIMCO CONTRACT BASED ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BEST SUITABLE OFFER ON BEHALF OF BUYERS. WE SUPPORT BUYERS THROUGH THE CONTRACT NOTIFICATIONS, WITH GUIDANCE ON AVOIDING POTENTIAL RISKS OF ADDITIONAL BENEFICIAL TERMS.
