Various Mobile Land Drilling Rigs

SPECS SUBMIT LOI

A versatile range of mobile drilling rigs is available, engineered for conventional oilfield and geothermal drilling, workover, and well-service operations. With hookload capacities spanning from 125 to 225 tons, these rigs are built to meet the demands of both shallow and mid-depth drilling programs. Designed for mobility and operational efficiency, they offer an ideal solution for onshore operators requiring reliable performance and fast deployment.

Each unit is powered by high-performance Caterpillar diesel engines, with available power outputs ranging from 630 HP to 1,260 HP. Depending on configuration, rigs are equipped with single or dual engine packages using the C15 ACERT or C18 ACERT series, coupled with Allison automatic transmissions—either S5620 or S6620—ensuring smooth operation and field reliability.

The rigs are capable of reaching drilling depths up to 4,200 meters (13,750 feet) using 4½” drill pipe, and workover depths up to 5,600 meters (18,500 feet) with 3½” pipe. Hookload capacities range from 125 to 225 tons, supporting a wide variety of tubular and downhole tool handling requirements. Mast heights vary between 36 and 38 meters, while substructure heights increase from 5.2 to 6.7 meters depending on rig size, providing ample clearance and working space on the drill floor.

Travelling systems range from 5×4 (8 lines) to 6×5 (10 lines), paired with matching travelling block and hook block combos rated between 160 and 225 tons. All rigs feature a 698.5 mm (27½”) rotary table opening, heavy-duty drill line diameters between 26 mm and 32 mm, and swivels rated from 200 to 225 tons to support a broad range of downhole operations.

Standard instrumentation includes MD/TOTCO indicators, Rexroth pneumatic control systems, and full gauge suites for drilling and tripping operations. Select models are also top drive compatible, allowing for greater automation and drilling efficiency when integrated.

With a comprehensive list of available options—including automation, electric drive, and modular accessories—these mobile rigs can be tailored to meet client-specific project needs. Whether mobilized for drilling, workover, or geothermal service, these units deliver power, flexibility, and robust performance for operators in today’s evolving energy landscape.
