The 2007 USCG 50-person stand-by vessel is designed to support offshore operations. With a length of 153 feet, a width of 36 feet, and a draft of 12 feet, it offers ample deck space measuring 107 feet by 28 feet for various tasks.
Powered by two Cummings KTA-38MO main engines, delivering a combined horsepower of 2000, the vessel ensures efficient propulsion. It also features two Cummings Eng 6CTA8 generators, providing a total power output of 99 KW, to meet onboard electrical supply for additional A-Frame or Diving/ Survey equipment.
The vessel is equipped with essential navigation equipment, including Furuno radars, an echo sounder, an AIS system, an SSB radio, an encoder/decoder, VHF radios, a loud hailer, and a Navtex receiver. These instruments facilitate reliable/ safe communications/ navigation, and accurate positioning.
With a capacity to accommodate up to 20-passengers and a crew of 5-6, this vessel can serve as a standby platform unit including conducting of various offshore supply operations. In addition, it can carry a deck cargo of up to 350 long tons, ensuring safe transport/ stability in harsh environment sea conditions.
The vessel has significant storage capacities, including 60,000 gallons of fuel, 800 gallons each of lube oil and contaminated oil, 20,000 gallons of potable water, 38,000 gallons of ballast water, 105,000 gallons of liquid mud, and 33,000 gallons of methanol. All tanks and void spaces are codded and reported by owners to be in good condition.
Certified by the USCG for operations up to 200 nautical miles offshore, the vessel also holds an FCC radio license and meets ABS Loadline standards. It has a speed of 12.3 knots and a deadweight tonnage of 661.67, enabling efficient and versatile performance. Low OPEX numbers, suitable DP2 conversion candidate.
