Survey dated on 07-Feb-2022 indicates the following below: –
It was verified that the 2-level/ 4-Legs Production Oil & Gas Platform consisting of Deck & Helideck steel structures/ components in summary were in good condition. The corrosion was negligible while paint coding system was noticed to be 90% in good order.
All electrical and mechanical equipment/ systems that includes (x1) 100KW Gas Generator, (x1) 100KW Diesel Generator and I& E – Electric/ Pneumatic (Scada) systems/ electrical switchboards were observed to be in good condition.
Gas, liquid/ potable/ chemical tanks/ storages/ tool room inventory/ office, compression, safety & ESD equipment were found to be in fair to good condition.
It was attested that the crane – Nautilus 60B (w/ SWL 30 Ton @ 60′ Boom) located on the service deck requires some hydraulic hoses to be replaced. Overall, the crane was found in well maintained condition.
Helideck and caisson well protector deck/ sections were found in good condition.
Summary:
It is in actual fact that typical 12 years old asset with an economic life of 40 years cost US $9m to be build. This facility can be upgraded for various scopes of work that can increase production efficiently.
Overall, the asset is in good condition and will require 4 to 5 months’ time-frame for reactivation.
