We are pleased to offer this DSV with a wealth of experience from around the world. Vessel is currently Lay-up in SE Asia.

Owners envisage approx re-activation costs in region of US $500,000.00 which is efficient and low ballpark for this type of vessels. Whilst Owners have indicated price ideas on “As is, Where is” basis in the region of US $5.5m as per current market prices.

We are all aware of her age whilst she has fully integrated built-in Sat Diving Systems that are tried and tested with great reliability. Please find attached general specs with crane capabilities of this unit that can suffice multiple offshore scopes of work.

REPUTABLE OWNERS INVITE 50%/50% JV OWNERSHIP!

This DP2 DSV with built-in SAT Diving System is a great opportunity for a start-up company or private investment firm to increase its revenue within the offshore upstream sector particularly in the present high demand for subsea/ diving support vessels. Therefore current Owners are well-versed diving company that will provide the vessel and interested Buyers provide the capital to re-activate. Fully re-activated vessel would then be owned by the JV. The JVP would be 50%/50%.

Owners believe that re-activation will cost around US$5-6m now as it has been laid up for several years.

Value of vessel as is would still be around US$6m.

While this DNV-GL classed, purpose-built DP2 diving support vessel equipped with a built in 16-man twin bell saturation diving system / complete with a self-propelled hyperbaric lifeboat and 700m2 main deck (480m2 clear deck space) @ 5T/m2. Vessel has a 60-tonne SWL crane and accommodation for 90 P.O.B. This unit is provided with a Special Purpose Ship Safety Certificate issued in accordance with Assembly Resolution A.534(13) for 90 P.O.B. including 50 special personnel.
