Built in accordance with IMO MODU Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and Load Line regulations, the unit supports a full complement of 112 POB in 2-man cabins and is equipped with a CAP 437-certified helideck accommodating Sikorsky S-61N and S-92 helicopters.
With an LOA of abt. 99.0 m, a LBP of 83.7 m, a beam of abt. 31.3 m (moulded 22.7 m), and a moulded depth of 7.6 m, the barge operates at a draught of 4.5 m. The unit features a robust payload capacity of 3,820 t and is rated for 580 t in SE Asia and 690 t in West Africa, with an additional 630 t of live load. A Lift & Roll X/Y skidding system supports efficient platform movement and positioning.
Designed for tender-assisted drilling, the rig boasts a 142 ft clear working height mast capable of 700 kips static hook-load, and a 450 kips setback. It incorporates a mechanized pipe handling system for both range 2 and 3 tubulars, with integrated casing stabbing, Hi-line transfer, and a 500 sh. tons hook-load top drive powered by 800 Hp. The drawworks delivers 1,500 Hp and drives a 37.5″ rotary table. The BOP stack consists of a 13 5/8″ assembly with 3 rams and 1 annular, all rated at 5,000 psi.
Mud treatment is managed via 3 shale shakers, a degasser, desander, and desilter, with additional space for third-party cuttings dryer systems. Mud storage includes 3,650 bbls in pits, 1,050 bbls of base oil, and 1,000 bbls of brine. Additional storage includes 7,100 bbls of drill water, 2,650 bbls of fuel oil, and 1,700 bbls of potable water. Bulk storage totals 8,000 cu ft, with 225 m³ of bulk tanks and 3,400 sack storage.
Power is supplied by 4 x 1,900 kWe generators, while the mooring system includes 8 x 64 mm wires for secure station keeping. The unit is outfitted with 3 x 1,300 Hp mud pumps operating at 5,000 psi. Lifting operations are supported by a 25 t main crane with a 30 m boom (max radius 45 m) and a 5 t auxiliary crane (max radius 25 m).
