Built in 1998, this DP2 PSV measures 82.88 m in LOA, 19.00 m in beam, with a summer draft of 6.33 m, and registers 2,990 / 1,573 GRT / NRT with a DWT of 4,689 t. Propulsion is provided by 2 x Wartsila Vaasa 6R32E marine diesel engines, each rated at 3,300 BHP @ 750 rpm, driving CP propellers and 1,760 kW shaft alternators, generating a combined output of 6,600 BHP. Power is supported by 2 x 1,760 kW shaft alternators, 2 x 335 kW main gensets, and a 167 kW emergency genset. Maneuvering is aided by 2 x 736 kW bow and 2 x 736 kW stern thrusters, with stabilization via passive roll tanks.
The Kongsberg K-Pos DP-21 system integrates fan beam laser and 2 x DGPS reference systems. The cargo main deck spans 58.5 m x 16.0 m (total of 936 m²) with a load capacity of 5 t/m², supporting up to 3,000 t deck cargo. Tank capacities include 1,138 m³ fuel oil cargo, 1,010 m³ potable water, 1,056 m³ drill water, 400 m³ dry bulk in 8 x 50 m³ tanks, 2 x 165 m³ and 2 x 141 m³ liquid mud tanks, 2 x 159 m³ and 2 x 191 m³ brine tanks, and 2 x 100 m³ base oil tanks. Ship’s fuel oil is 323 m³. Pumping systems deliver up to 150 m³/h @ 9 bar for fuel, potable, and drill water, 30 m³/h @ 80 psi for dry bulk, and 100 m³/h @ 23 bar for mud and brine.
Deck machinery includes 1 x 3 t @ 12 m crane, 2 x 10 t tuggers, 2 x 10 t capstans, 2 x 4.13 t SPEK anchors, and 2 x rope / wire winches. The Vessel is fitted with a passive flume anti-roll system, 6 fixed tank cleaning machines, and a hospital with 2 beds. Accommodation is fully air-conditioned with capacity for 27 POB, comprising 2 suites, 9 en-suite single cabins, 6 twin cabins, and supporting SOLAS life-saving equipment for 50+ persons on-board.
