Built in 1982 by Bolsoenes Verft in Norway and classed by BV, this offshore tug supply vessel is designed for unrestricted navigation and features ICE class and DP capability (DYNAPOS AM/AT), making her well-suited for demanding offshore operations in harsh environments. With an overall length of 69.15 m, a beam of 15.0 m, and an operational draft ranging from 5.00 m to 6.25 m, she offers a deadweight capacity between 1,000 and 2,112 t, and registers 1,768 t GRT and 530 t NRT.
The vessel is powered by 4 x MAK diesel engines, each rated at 3,200 BHP, delivering a total of 12,800 BHP through twin fixed-pitch propellers in nozzles, supported by twin bow thrusters (2 x 800 BHP) and a stern thruster (1 x 600 BHP), ensuring excellent maneuverability during dynamic positioning and anchor handling operations. Her robust towing and anchor handling capabilities are backed by a hydraulic triple drum winch system, with a towing winch pull of 220 t, brake holding capacity up to 340 t, and large storage capacities for tow and work wires.

Discharge systems include dedicated pumps for each tank type with flow rates ranging from 75 to 150 m³/h, and 2 x 20 m³/min dry bulk systems rated at 7.2 bar (105 psi).
Equipped with FiFi Class II fire-fighting capability via 4 x 900 m³/h monitors, she also features full rescue capabilities with capacity for 150 persons, a Norsafe waterjet rescue craft, and designated rescue zones port and starboard. Accommodation is provided for 23 personnel, with 14 single cabins, 2 double cabins, and 1 five-man cabin, along with a fully equipped hospital.
