This offshore utility vessel has a GRT of 131 and an NRT of 39. With an LOA of 22 m, a beam of 7.40 m, and a max draft of 2.50 m, she is compact yet capable for a variety of support operations. Propulsion is provided by twin Cummins KTA19 main engines, each rated at 410 kW / 650 PS @ 1800 rpm, delivering a total BHP of 1,300. The vessel is equipped with a hydraulic towing winch with a pulling capacity of 25 T at 10 m/min and a breaking force of 60 T, spooled with 400 m of 44 mm wire rope. A 45 T towing hook is also fitted for additional utility.
Deck equipment includes a 20 mm steel anchor windlass, two 470 kg stockless bower anchors, and 9 lengths of 20 m U2 chain cable. Electrical power is supplied by one 83 kVA / 440 V / 50 Hz generator and one 40 kVA / 220 V / 50 Hz genset, supported by a Kirloskar auxiliary engine rated at 40.8 PS @ 1800 rpm. Tank capacities include 35 T of fuel oil, 15 T of fresh water, and 12 T of ballast water.
The vessel is outfitted with GMDSS A1+A2+A3 navigational systems, including SAMYUNG SMR 3700 marine radar, XINUO XA-1989 Class A AIS, NSK A-61485 magnetic compass, FURUNO NX 700 NAVTEX, XINUO GPS and JHD01 BNWAS, along with FELCOM 18 Inmarsat C, LRIT, and SASS systems. The vessel offers accommodation for up to 10 crew. Bollard pull is rated at 18 T and can be easily upgraded. Fuel consumption is approximately 65–70 L/hr in free run and 80–90 L/hr under load. Generator fuel consumption ranges from 5–7 L/hr (40 kVA) to 10–12 L/hr (83 kVA).
