This 2017-built DP2 DSV is a purpose-built, dynamically positioned diving support vessel outfitted for complex subsea operations in offshore environments. Measuring 89m LOA with a 21m beam and a 5.9m design draft, the vessel features a deadweight of 3,246.3T, GRT of 5,169T, and NRT of 1,550T. She is classed by ABS with notation: ✠A1 Ⓔ Offshore Support Vessel (Supply, FFV 1), ✠AMS, ✠ACCU, ENVIRO, MLC–ACCOM, ✠DPS–2, UWILD, SPS, CRC, HELIDK, SKP, and GP.
Powered by 2 x azimuth thrusters rated at 1,838kW each, along with 3 x 1,200kW tunnel bow thrusters, the vessel offers excellent maneuverability, precise station-keeping, and a max speed of 12.5 knots. Total installed power exceeds 4,900 BHP. The DP2 system is driven by dual Kongsberg KPOS units with full redundancy, supported by multiple position reference systems including DGPS (Veripos and Fugro), CyScan, RADius, HIPAP, and triple gyro compasses.
She is fitted with a 110T knuckle boom AHC subsea crane rated for 2,000m water depth, with a subsea lift capacity of up to 90T on a double fall. A 12-man saturation diving system is installed, alongside a Seaeye Panther XT Plus light work class ROV rated to 850m, deployed via TMS. The vessel includes a 7m x 7m moonpool and offers a cargo deck of 550m² plus 120m² mezzanine deck, with 7.5T/m² load capacity.
Accommodation is provided for 108 POB, including 18 crew and officers, with cabins arranged as 18 singles, 19 doubles, and 13 quads in full compliance with MLC 2006. Onboard facilities include a helideck (Sikorsky S92A / CAP437 compliant), hospital, gym, conference and recreation rooms, offices, and a prayer room. The vessel is equipped with full FiFi-1 capability, two 55 POB lifeboats, and extensive life-saving appliances.
Capacities include 524.4m³ FO, 256.2m³ cargo FO, 939m³ FW, 2,294.3m³ DW/BW, and full sewage and waste management systems for extended offshore campaigns. Electrical supply on deck is distributed through multiple 480V, 440V, 230V, and 110V container sockets to support diverse project requirements.
