For charter/ lease – completely ready for mobilization/ subsea saturation projects globally with up to date IMCA/ Class Certifications upon request.
This modular sat diving system can be installed on board of chartered Vessel and dedicated sat/ air diving team is ready to serve any subsea project worldwide upon request.
Owners require LOI from Ship Owners or end Client further projects mobilization.
The JRM SAT04 system is a cutting-edge saturation diving setup designed for operations up to 300 meters of seawater depth. Built to comply with IMCA, DNV, and ASME PVHO-1 standards, it ensures safety and performance in extreme underwater conditions. This portable system can be deployed on barges or vessels and is engineered for a design life of approximately 25 years or 12,000 pressure cycles.
The system features two primary chamber configurations: a triple lock deck decompression chamber (DDC) accommodating six divers in the main lock with additional facilities for transfer and sanitation, and a twin lock DDC for up to four divers with separate living and lock-out areas. All chambers are equipped with medical locks, ergonomic sleeping arrangements, and integrated entertainment systems.
The diving bell, constructed to ASME VIII and DNV standards, is a 3-person unit equipped with essential features such as a drop weight system, internal and external depth monitoring, and a hot water manifold. Insulation includes sealed foam blocks with a fire-resistant coating to ensure thermal efficiency and safety.
Launch and recovery are facilitated by an A-frame LARS, capable of side or moonpool deployment, ensuring flexibility across various operational platforms. Comprehensive life support systems include CO2 scrubbing, gas distribution with independent BIBS circuits, potable water supplies, and integrated firefighting solutions.
Operational control is managed through sophisticated saturation control systems featuring multi-lock panels, gas analyzers, and advanced communication systems. Monitoring capabilities include internal cameras, temperature, and humidity sensors, ensuring optimal operational conditions. An SPHL ensures occupant safety, fully compliant with IMCA, SOLAS, and IMO guidelines.
This modular and adaptable design reflects the latest advancements in saturation diving technology, providing a reliable and efficient solution for complex underwater operations.
This cutting-edge system is designed for maximum efficiency and adaptability, making mobilization a breeze with its single-lift configuration for vessels. Fully DNV-classed, it guarantees compliance with the highest safety and operational standards.
