This vessel, completely converted/ re-build in 2008, is a versatile Accommodation Crane Barge classified under RINA, IRS, and IR with notation for accommodation unrestricted navigation services. With a LOA of 86.01 m, a beam of 27.50 m, and a draft of 3.985 m, it offers an ample clear main deck area of approximately 1200 m², providing robust support for various offshore operations. The barge is presently in cold layup condition status and there is no crew onboard. Currently she has a Valid AWB and MODU Certificate under RINA Class (enclosed).
This unit is built in 1997 as Deck-Cargo Pontoon and completely converted/ re-build in AWB Non-propelled – in 2008.
Power is provided by three Cummins KTA 19-D(M) auxiliary engines, each contributing to the vessel’s overall operational efficiency. Four 400 kW Cummins generators, along with a 100 kW Kirloskar emergency generator, ensure continuous energy supply. The vessel also features advanced pumping systems, including ballast, bilge, fuel oil, and fresh water pumps with substantial capacities.
At the core of its capabilities is the 70 T SWL MANITOWOC 4600 Series Crawler Crane, with a 61 m boom length, offering exceptional lift capabilities for offshore construction and maintenance tasks. A comprehensive 8-point mooring system, including mechanical and hydraulic winches, secures the vessel in harsh environment sea state conditions.
With a deck strength of 10 mt/m² and ballast capacity of up to 1600 mt, this barge ensures optimal performance under heavy operational loads. The vessel also boasts extensive fuel, freshwater, and lube oil storage, complementing its reliability in demanding offshore environments. Accommodation is designed for comfort and efficiency, currently with a total of 364 Pax + Crew (certified) housed across various cabin configurations, all approved under MODU CODE 1989.
