This DP2 multi-role diving support vessel has a length overall of 83.64 meters, a breadth moulded of 21.95 meters, and a moulded depth of 9.10 meters. The vessel has a draft of 6.80 meters. It has a gross tonnage (GRT) of 6064 tons, a net tonnage (NRT) of 1820 tons, and a deadweight (DWT) of 3216 tons.
The vessel is powered by two Wartsila 6L32 engines, each rated at 2880 kW and operating at 720 RPM. These engines are coupled with Marelli M8BM710LB10 alternators. Additionally, two Wartsila 9L20 engines, each rated at 1530 kW and running at 900 RPM, are coupled with Marelli M8BM630MB8 alternators. The NOx emissions are 11.7 g/kWh and 9.7 g/kWh for the 6L32 and 9L20 engines, respectively. The fuel consumption at 100% load is 186 g/kWh for the 6L32 engines and 195 g/kWh for the 9L20 engines.
For harbor operations, the vessel is equipped with a Mitsubishi S6A3-MPTA 460 kW engine driving a Newage Stamford HC-M534DC 50 KVA generator. There is also an emergency generator powered by a Mitsubishi MHI 6D24TC engine, driving a Newage Stamford HC M434El generator with a 690V, 60Hz output.
The vessel’s dynamic positioning system is a Kongsberg SDP 21, classified as DP (AA). The propulsion system includes two Rolls-Royce Aqua Master US 305/5200 CP azimuth thrusters, each providing 2500 kW. Additionally, there are two Rolls-Royce TCNS 92/62-220 variable pitch tunnel thrusters rated at 2000 kW each, and one TT-2800 DPN CP tunnel thruster, also rated at 2000 kW.
The vessel’s cargo deck area is 645 square meters, with a deck strength ranging from 7 to 10 tons per square meter. The tank capacities include 1500 cubic meters of fuel oil, 2626 cubic meters of ballast water, and 42.2 metric tons of lubricating oil.
Accommodation facilities are available for up to 136 personnel, including single cabins, double cabins, and 4-men cabins, along with a hospital.
The vessel is classified by Lloyd’s Register as a 100Al diving support ship with additional notations for a helicopter landing area, LMC, UMS, DP(AA), CAC(3), and SPS(136).
The dive system onboard includes a Drass saturation system with a capacity for 18 persons (limited to 15) and a maximum operating depth of 300 meters. The system consists of multiple living chambers, decompression chambers, and a hyperbaric lifeboat (HLB) evacuation chamber.
The deck cranes include a Hydramarine main crane with a SWL of 150 tons at 5.5 to 10 meters, and an auxiliary crane from Dreggen. The helideck is designed to accommodate a Eurocopter 225 with a maximum takeoff weight of 11 tons.
The vessel is equipped with communication systems compliant with GMDSS AREA Al, A2, and A3, including multiple VHF DSC radiotelephony units, an MF/HF DSC radiotelephony unit, and INMARSAT C and F systems, along with emergency response equipment like NAVTEX, EPIRB, and SART.
