HOS#219 | Non-Self-Propelled Pipe Layer/ Floating 500T Crane Vessel – For Private Sale or Charter

This ship is a non-self-propelled pipe-laying crane vessel with the functions of single-node pipeline laying, double-node pipeline laying, lifting, ditching, saturation diving, and life support. The vessel’s maximum working depth for laying submarine pipelines is 350 m. An S-type pipe-laying operation line is set in the middle of the main deck, with pipeline storage areas on both sides. A helicopter landing platform is situated at the bow, while a fixed stinger is positioned at the stern. Additionally, a total of 12-point anchor positioning systems are distributed throughout the ship.

An ocean engineering heavy crane with a lifting capacity of 500 tons (fully rotary) is installed at the stern to handle tasks such as pipe loading and unloading, stern stinger lifting and installation, small module lifting, standpipe installation, and marine pipe repair.

The main function of this ship is not only S-type pipe laying but also includes operating in water depths of 200 meters with towed jet-type and plough-type submarine pipe/cable trench diggers. It meets the layout and installation requirements for container-mounted saturation diving systems at depths less than 300 m. The total staff is 238, including 42 crew members and 196 workers. The total staff can be expanded to 314 as needed.
