Built under the guidelines of the US Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 46 Subchapter K, ABS Aluminum Vessels Under 90m, 1990 ABS High-Speed Craft Rules and 1996 ABS SWATH Guide and was issued a USCG certificate of inspection and obtained ABS A1 and ABS AMS classifications (expired) to transport 250 passengers on two enclosed decks in the maximum amount of comfort.
