Various High Pressure Pumping Systems

SPECS SUBMIT LOI

A selection of high-pressure pumping units is available for immediate sale, purpose-built to support a range of demanding well service operations including coiled tubing support, acid fracturing, and general stimulation work. These units are designed for performance, reliability, and operational flexibility in harsh field environments.

Engineered with diesel power packages from Caterpillar, the units feature single and twin-engine configurations utilizing the C15, C18, or high-output C32 engines, delivering between 540 and 2,200 horsepower. Each unit is paired with Allison automatic transmissions—including the OFS 4700, 5860, and S6610H series—ensuring smooth, dependable operation under pressure.

Pumping configurations include triplex and quintuplex high-pressure pumps, capable of handling a wide range of flow rates and pressures. Supporting centrifugal pumps range in size from 4×3″ to 6×5″, utilizing proven models from Meca, Mission, and Sandmaster, depending on the configuration. Discharge lines are rated up to 15,000 psi with 2″ outlets, providing reliable performance in high-pressure applications.

Each unit includes dual 25-barrel displacement tanks as standard, and selected packages offer optional automated mixing systems capable of processing up to 2,560 kg per minute. Valve control systems are operated via hydraulic or pneumatic actuators, offering precise and responsive control in real-time.

Chassis options include skid-mounted, trailer-mounted, and truck-mounted frames. Larger units are mounted on ABS-certified, heavy-duty three-axle trailers, approximately 12 meters in length, providing mobility and field-readiness without sacrificing performance or footprint.

Built for durability and high-output efficiency, these high-pressure pumping units offer a powerful solution for operators seeking field-proven technology, consistent flow control, and rugged construction suited to intensive offshore and onshore service work.
