This 2012-built DP2 AHTS/Offshore Support Vessel is currently undergoing a 3-week dry-dock with all relevant Class and Flag certifications being renewed for 5 years. With a LOA of 80.8 m, a beam of 15.8 m, and a depth of 4.74 m, the vessel has a loaded draft of 2.13 m. It offers a DWT of 2,712 MT and is classed at 2,540 GT with a NT of 790.
The clear deck measures 43.2 m x 12.5 m, providing a total area of 546.5 m² and a deck strength of 5.0 MT/m², supporting a total deck load capacity of 1,626.0 MT. The vessel achieves a top speed of 14 kn, cruising speed of 12 kn, and an economical speed of 10 kn, with corresponding fuel consumptions of 380.7 USG/hr, 122.4 USG/hr, and 97.1 USG/hr, respectively. A fuel monitoring system is installed.
Powered by four Caterpillar 3516C engines, the vessel delivers a total installed power of 12,639 HP (9,425 kW). Power generation includes four main gensets rated at 2,250 kW, one aux genset at 425 kW, and an emergency generator rated at 175 kW.
Maneuverability is enhanced by four Brunvoll CPP thrusters—two bow and two stern—each rated at 800 BHP, providing 9 MT of thrust.
The vessel is equipped with a Rolls Royce Brattvaag electro-hydraulic winch system in a two-drum reverse waterfall configuration, each drum capable of handling 76 mm x 2,000 m wire. The winch line pull is rated at 300 MT with a brake capacity of 400 MT. Shark jaws and towing pins are by Karmøy, rated at 300 MT. The stern roller is rated at 350 MT SWL. Dynamic positioning is Class 2, powered by a GE/Converteam system. DP references include triple C-NAV 3050, multi-target laser-based positioning, and Sonardyne Ranger (Fusion). The nav package includes 3 x TSS Meridian gyros, Furuno S and X band radars, dual Furuno depth sounders, ECDIS (Coastal Navigator), Navtex, GMDSS Area A3, Iridium IOP, AIS, and VSAT broadband.
Tank capacities include 527 m³ FO, 379 m³ potable water, 800 m³ DW, 800 m³ WB, 1,049 m³ LM, 212 m³ DB, 373 m³ brine, 373 m³ methanol, and 17 m³ dispersant. Discharge rates are as follows: FO, PW, DW, and WB at 100 m³/hr; LM at 227 m³/hr; DB at 42 m³/hr; and methanol at 75 m³/hr.
Accommodation supports 43 berths across 18 cabins, with provisions for 22 special personnel. Layout includes 8 single cabins, 6 double cabins, and 6 four-person cabins, as well as a crew mess, lounge, change room, hospital, and office.
ROV support is provided via an Oceaneering Millennium Plus (220 HP) system, with 800 A and 660 A ROV power supplies from the main switchboard. Deck container connections include 4 x 480 V, 63 A, 3Ø and 4 x 220 V.
Special equipment includes twin 1,181 m³/hr fire monitors, foam deluge systems, six 25-person SOLAS life rafts, nitrogen inerting for methanol, a 10 MT/day watermaker, dual Flygt agitators in mud tanks, a stability computer, and 8 m spray arms P&S for dispersant application.
