1.) 12 Man Sat System – Egypt: This system has never been used and is in excellent condition. The system just completed a full update/refurbishment 2-months ago. The downside to this system is that it is a heavy (180T) unit and a large footprint. If Buyers have the space onboard of vessel, it will be very advanced system due to its great capabilities and safety features. In addition, the selling price of this system is US$6.6m. Buyers would need to invest approx. US$500K and 1-month timeframe into the system further installation on-board of vessel and in order to make it fully tested/ certified, as per IMCA requirements.

2.) 9 Man Sat System – Azerbaijan: This system is fully refurbished, and the refurbishment/ reactivation was done by our vendor’s company. This is very compact system and ready to go to work as is. Buyers would only have to purchase some additional spare parts. Owners selling price of this system is US$5m.

3.) 9 Man Sat System – Malaysia: This system recently went through a full refurbishment/ reactivation. The system is in good condition. Owners selling price of this system is US$$2.8m, subject to inspection. Buyers would need to invest an additional US$1.2m and no more than 3-months’ timeframe into this system further installation on-board of vessel that can be tested and IMCA fully certified further operations.

4.) 9 Man Sat System – Indonesia: This system needs some refurbishment. The cost of the refurbishment would be around US$1m and will take approx. 70 days. Owners selling price of this system is US$2.9m on an ‘as is/ where is basis’.

5.) 12 Man Sat System – Indonesia: This system is in decent condition. It will require some refurbishment. Refurbishment would cost around US$1.7m and will take around 100 days. Owners selling price of this system is US$3.4m subject to inspection.

6.) 12 Man Sat System – UAE: This system is well maintained and in good condition. Selling price of this system is US$3.7m, subject to inspection. If an additional upgrade is required to fit the system for purpose onboard of vessel – the cost would be around US$250K max. range that includes testing and full IMCA certification, which will take 1 month timeframe be ready for operations.
